Covid-19 Update
In light of the current circumstances relating to Covid-19 we wanted to update you on what we are doing here at Wellesley during these uncertain times.
Wellesley play area
We have taken the decision to temporarily close the Wellesley play area dur to the increase in Covid-19 infection rates in Rushmoor.
We understand that this will be disappointing to some families, however we are following Rushnoor Borough Council’s guidance to keep our community as safe as possible.
Access to support
Many people will have trusted friends, family and neighbours they can call on for support. Where this is not the case, Hampshire County Council is working closely with the government, local authority partners, the voluntary and community sector, the NHS and other partners to make sure help is at hand. More information on support that is available locally can be found here.
Wellesley Facebook Group
For those that are or will be self-isolating, the community at Wellesley is going to be key to continuing normal life. If you are not already a member, please do join the ‘TheCommunity@Wellesley’ Facebook page. It is a place where residents of Wellesley can talk, offer advice and help one another.
The Wellesley Woodlands
The Wellesley Woodlands will remain open to the whole community as a place where people can get some fresh air. Please be mindful of other and follow government health guidance. www.wellesleywoodlands.co.uk
Wellesley Community Rooms

All hirers have been made aware, and we will not be taking any new bookings for the time being.
