Works to Queens Avenue, Aldershot

Works to Queens Avenue, Aldershot

From 10th August 2020 we will be starting the second phase of our works to Queens Avenue, in Aldershot.

The works will see the continuation of the narrowing of the carriageway between Hope Grants Road junction and Alisons Road and setting back the footpath and cycle route within the trees.

The road will remain open to vehicles and pedestrians at all times, but will see traffic management in place with occasional diversion routes. The works are expected to be completed in Spring 2021.

We are working closely with the Cambridge Primary School to ensure that pupil and parent access to the school will remain open at all times.

A visual of the plan can be found here.

We are sorry for the inconvenience that these works cause. We will be keeping our website updated with how the works are progressing.
