Wellesley sells next land parcel
We are delighted that Taylor Wimpey has acquired the latest phase at Grainger’s award winning Wellesley scheme in Aldershot. The FTSE 100 house builder has planning permission to build up to 450 new homes, showing the resilience of the development land market.
Paul McGowan, Director of Land at Grainger said:

Jasper Masters, Executive Director at CBRE, the vendor’s agent said:
“Having helped Grainger secure the Wellesley opportunity 10 years ago, to date CBRE have sold £120m of land to accommodate nearly half of the 3,850 new homes. It’s now established as one of the best performing strategic development sites in the UK attracting the top house builders”.
