Weston Homes have now launched their homes in the magnificent Grade II listed former Cambridge Military Hospital at Wellesley.

The 12-acre collection of Victorian and Edwardian buildings are being restored into a new £60 million residential address providing 140 luxury private sale houses and apartments, converted and new build, with private gardens and set in landscaped grounds.

The former military hospital was built between 1875 and 1879 by Martin Wells and Co. of Aldershot and was used to treat troops from the Boer War (1899-1902) through to the Gulf War (1990-1991). The hospital closed its doors in 1996 and sat empty until becoming part of our Wellesley development.

The refurbishment offers a variety of one, two and three-bedroom apartments and two, three and four-bedroom houses.

The sales suite, located in the central core of the former hospital, is currently taking viewings by appointment only. Visit Gun Hill Park for more information.
