Description: Join us for a refreshing and relaxing 60 minute yoga session outdoors with instructor Nicole Asghar Yoga. Suitable for all levels, from complete beginners to experienced yogis (who want to try something new), Nicole will gently encourage you to stretch, breathe and relax in the wonderful surroundings of Wellesley Woodlands.

Book classes separately, by selecting which date you want to book on the Eventbrite link. Classes occurring on the later dates will be bookable 3-4 weeks ahead of the session.
