Resident Services Manager

Grainger Plc are looking to appoint a Resident Services Manager to support the management of the operations of two sites, Berewood in Waterlooville and the Grainger Collection at Wellesley, Aldershot. The role will be based in Aldershot and involve regular travel to both sites.

SCOPE OF JOB
• Manage face-to-face enquiries from customers and deliver consistently high levels of customer service at all times.
• Communicate courteously with customers and suppliers by telephone, email, letter and face-to-face.
• Effectively manage customer complaints or any major incidents, such as a security issue.
• Oversee contractors and inspect completed jobs on site.
• Manage the move in / out process with the Resident Services Team.
• Fully understand the sites, create and passionately deliver the service offering.
• Support the Senior Property Manager and the Head of On-Boarding and Operations in the safe management of the operations of Berewood and Gunhill upon completion.
• Line Management responsibility for one Resident Services Associate.

The ideal candidate will be educated to minimum A-Level standard or equivalent, have previous experience in a complex residential property management role, with good technical knowledge and previous experience of residential property repair, refurbishment and construction.

Knowledge of Health and Safety, Landlord and Tenants Act and Housing / Rents Acts Legislation, and COSHH is also required.

Resident Services Associate

Grainger Plc are looking to appoint a Resident Services Associate to support the operations of two sites, Berewood in Waterlooville and the Grainger Collection at Wellesley, Aldershot. The role will involve regular travel to both sites.

The ideal candidate will contribute to an exceptional resident experience through the provision of a first class customer service. You will often be the main regular point of contact for our residents and therefore our expectation is that you are always polite, approachable, highly motivated and professional.

SCOPE OF JOB
• Face to face resident interaction, building a good relationship and rapport with customers ensuring they feel welcome, safe and at home.
• Conducting customers viewings and tours where required.
• Undertaking pre-let inspections.
• Managing defects, repairs and warrantee issues through to completion.
• Logging receipt and collection of customer parcels.
• Key management.
• Building security and resident administration in line with GDPR.

Senior Community Engagement Officer

Salary Range: £25,080 - £28,226 per annum

We are seeking a highly motivated, enthusiastic person to develop and deliver an extensive programme of community engagement within Wellesley Woodlands. The Woodlands are at the heart of the award-winning Wellesley project that is creating a vibrant new neighbourhood in Aldershot. Working with partners Grainger plc and the Land Trust you will maximise the benefits to local communities of this significant new public greenspace.
 
You will work with the local community, stakeholders and partners to deliver the vision set out in the Wellesley Woodlands Strategy (2017) meeting its targets on public events, education and volunteer activities. You will undertake detailed consultation work with the local community to increase support, establish priorities and inform the future direction of community engagement.
 
You will have excellent communication, organisational and IT skills with proven experience of working with a wide range of individuals, organisations and community groups. The successful candidate will be enthusiastic, inventive, flexible and able to use their own initiative. Knowledge of the issues affecting urban greenspace will be an advantage
 
This post will report to the Blackwater Valley Countryside Partnership Manager and work closely with the ranger team. Some evening, weekend and bank holiday work will be required.
 
You should be able to fulfil both the travel and physical requirements of the role, and hold a current driving licence.
