HOSPITAL HILL

From Monday 24th September Walker Construction will be carrying out highway works to narrow the carriageway on Hospital Hill to enable wider shared-use footpath and cycleway on each side.

During this time traffic controls will be in place and access to the Centre for Health will remain open during this time.

A325 FARNBOROUGH ROAD

Walker Construction will be carrying out highway works to upgrade the existing shared use footway/ cycleway facility along the A325 Farnborough Road between Queens Roundabout and Alison’s Road.

The works will last for approximately 13 weeks. Please note these timescales are weather dependent. Any changes to the scheduled date will be made clear on the yellow sign boards erected on site.

During this time a lane closure will be in place southbound from the Queens Roundabout to the Alison’s Road Exit Slip, from 9:30am to 3:30pm Monday – Friday, and Saturday’s until 1pm.

There will be an alternative signed route in place for pedestrians (see map below).
